Can Liberate do characterization for hierarchical SPICE netlist?

I have tried to use Liberate for cell characterization. Sketch the schematic and extract the netlist form ADE.

Then do Liberate characterization, But I found it could be done well for flatten SPICE netlist.

For hierarchical SPICE netlist, it reported that the target cell subckt is empty.

So, anyone knows whether Liberate support for hierarchical SPICE netlist?
