QRC Techgen Resistance blocking Issues

Hi,

I felt a problem in resistance blocking of a MIM capacitor.I made a blocking statement like

-res_blocking mim_layer,mx_layer,my_layer

mm_layer is the MIM device recognition layer .mx_layer,my_layer are lvs layers created for top(my) and bottom(mx) layers of mimcap.

If I am routing mx nets  below or my nets above this mim device are also getting blocked.My intention is only to block mx and my layers of mim device.But here, whatever  mx or my routing came up or down of mim device get blocked.Can anyone suggest me a remedy for this problem.
