PVS short locator does not show up at all

Hi,

I have a short in my design with VSS and unfortunately the PVS short locator does not come up at all...i see that there is a short but it is hard to trace the location just wanted to confirm how i can make the LVS short locator appear....

I have the set the option "LVS Find Shorts" in the LVS option ...attached is the screen shot ...any ideas ?

I am using the PVS 14.11 version
