Hi all:

I have two Questions:

1) when I am probing in schemaitcs the ProbeOptionForm appears when I hit the bindkey, the command that pops up in CIW winde is (geProbeOptionsForm)can I add this as a line in my .cdsenv file to make it stop popping up?

ie; schematic ProbeOptionsForm boolean nil

2) When I am in the layout window and I am making stretches or moving pieces of my layout, I have the form set to appear when the bindkey is pressed. is there a way to make them appear where I wan them to on my screen like when I use;

layout leWindowBBox string "((1680 10) (3350 1050))"

Thank you in advance for all and any comments!

    Hi Bryan,

    For the first item, it might be that you have "expert mode" turned off (CIW Options->User Preferences -> Options Displayed When Commands Start", you can turn it off using that form, or with SKILL:

    hiGetCIWindow()->expertMode = t

    If you can access the Cadence Customer Support site, take a look at this code for recalling form locations automatically

    Hopefully this helps you?

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
