how to do self-heating analysis using spectre simulator

Hai,

I have a small transistor level custom circuit.

I would like to do a self-heating analysis on this circuit using spectre simulator; to find the temperatures of the transistors while the circuit is in operation.

Could you please help and suggest me to do the self-heating analysis using spectre simulator?

Thanks,

BSD

    Hi BSD,

the question here is, do your device models support self heating and does Spectre support these models.
So you should check which what model type your device in question is implemented ( bsim, hicum,....) and
then you can check the Spectre documentation  about these models to find the parameters you need.

    Kind regards,

    Marc
