Intermediate Modeling Parameter Extraction

jiahaoli2012

Hi,

Is there any way to get the semifinished products from Cadence during the shifting process (calculation) from the device model to the MOSFET model. I am talking about the intermediate parameters which are used in BSIM modeling to eventually  get to the final transistor parameters, such as ueff, Esat, Abulk, etc.?

Kind regards,

JIiahao

    Hi JIiahao,

    There are some parameters, but not all of them. The only available parameters can be found in the "spectre -h bsim4" output, in the sections labelled:

    =================
    Output Parameters
    =================

    and

    ==========================
    Operating Point Parameters
    ==========================

    Not sure if this is going to help you. This is all there is though...

    Regards,

    Andrew.
