Has anyone ever ran into a QRC extraction "RC-coupled" with empty .SUBCKT for macro cell

Hi,

I'm trying to do a QRC extraction with  "RC-coupled" and after QRC extraction finished, I see that I'm getting empty SUBCKT definition.

.subckt  buffd

.ends buffd

Has anyone ever encountered this problem with QRC?

Thanks

Alan

    Hi Alan

It would be good if you can provide the version of QRC so that we can do more debugging on the problem.

    terminal>qrc -version

It would also be good for you to provide more info on the entire flow:
    a. Are you using Assura-QRC, PVS-QRC or Calibre-QRC flow?
    b. Did you had LVS match?

    Best regards
    Quek
