Assura LVS SYNTAX ERROR

Hello guys!

I am fighting with Assura LVS syntax error. This error is known problem there but unfortunately I can not resolve it still.
Assura LVS comparison runs just fine till the end and when the result should be shown there is a Syntax error in CIW:

Starting the Assura LVS Run: IPC Id ipc:4: pid 26375.

STATUS: Schematic and Layout Mismatch

*WARNING* (reader): extra ')' ignored at line 1 of string "1 044 "mosvar50_dev")"

1 0(6467 "ntie_device")

^

SYNTAX ERROR found at line 1 column 5 of file *string*

I tried also run assura command from command line with .rsf file:

/home/zdenko/cadence/assura/tools/assura/bin/assura /home/zdenko/cadence/workspace-ams180/ASSURA_LVS/pixel/pixel.rsf -cdslib /home/zdenko/cadence/workspace-ams180/cds.lib -gui

And the result was again with Syntax error:

....

parFETcomb Resultant: (nil psp 0 rf 0 bentgate 0 gcon 1 par 1 m 1 wt 3.48e-06 l 1.8e-07 nf 2)
parFETcomb Resultant: (nil psp 0 rf 0 bentgate 0 gcon 1 par 1 m 1 wt 3.48e-06 l 1.8e-07 nf 2)
parFETcomb Resultant: (nil psp 0 rf 0 bentgate 0 gcon 1 par 1 m 1 wt 3.48e-06 l 1.8e-07 nf 2)
Compare errors, please see /home/zdenko/cadence/workspace-ams180/ASSURA_LVS/pixel/pixel.csm and /home/zdenko/cadence/workspace-ams180/ASSURA_LVS/pixel/pixel.cls files.

I suppose that error is from file "ASSURA_LVS/pixel/pixel.lvsdb/extr" but what is strange that the syntax error is from inside the file and not from biginning, so the system can read the file:

.....

1 0 (6464 "nwsx_device")
1 0 (6465 "sub_dev")
1 0 (6467 "ntie_device")
1 0 (6468 "ptie_device")

.....

My OS is CentOs7. I had chosen it because CentOs6 could not run at my new PC. At CentOs6 and old HW LVS was running without any troubles.
I am using new 2014/2015 release (the same problem with 2013/2014):

Hotfix_IC06.16.080
Hotfix_ASSURA04.14.111-616

I also tried to link cadence libstdc++.so library with system libstdc++.so with no success.
I had to edit "share/oa/bin/sysname" for IC and ASSURA to use new kernel

#             2.6.* | 3.0.*)
            2.6.* | 3.*)
                  compiler="_gcc44x"
                  sysname="linux_rhel50$compiler"; sysnames="$sysname linux_rhel40$compiler $sysnames";;

Please anyone knows from where this error occurred?

Thank you very much, Zdenko

    Zdenko,

Realistically I think we'd need to see more of the data, so this is best handled by contacting customer support.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Thank you Andrew,

I sent the request to Europractice - Ref No: E40836.

Can I send the task directly to Cadence support? I have a reference key, but I can not see any link for sending request at http://support.cadence.com/

    Best regards, Zdenko

    Zdenko,

If you don't see a Cases->Submit Case menu at the top, then you have the restricted account for accessing solutions and documentation rather than the full support site. That wouldn't surprise me as normally support questions from organisations using Europractice are supposed to be directed via the Europractice software support team (who will contact us if they need assistance).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
