ADE-L hangs up at "Compiling ahdlcmi module library"

I have made a copy of a working simulation schematic and when I try to run it, the simulation hangs up at "Compiling ahdlcmi module library." When I switch back to the original simulation, it immediately moves past this step and begins the transient simulation. 

I copied the schematic in the Library Manager to a new name and used the Setup->Design menu to change to the new simulation. I have tried using loading the old schematics save file and also tried running it with the information left in the ADE window without loading a save file. Both give the same results. 

Each time I switch back to the original simulation, everything works fine.
