How do I get Assura to save DRC markers to the layout database like DIVA?

I have a simple DRC rules file for DIVA that grows a fill keep-out layer around a marked net and saves it to the layout.  However with IC6.1.6 DIVA no longer works since the license changed.  Rather than go back to IC6.1.5 to run DIVA, I would like to convert my little DRC rules file to Assura.

Is there an easy way to save the Assura markers to the layout database like DIVA does?

    Hi Michael

You can use Assura "outFile" cmd to easily save derived layers to a gds file or as a DFII layout. Please refer to $ASSURAHOME/doc/assuracommandref/assuracommandref.pdf for more details on the cmd.

The cmd is also available in DRC/LVS forms as follows:
    a. Enable "View additional functions" button
    b. Enable "Create New Layout Database"

    Best regards
