DC Operating Point Parameters

Hello

I am new to cadence. I am trying to simulate in ST Micro 40nm CMOS Technology using cadence 6. Consider I sweep VDS for single NMOS transistor with a constant VGS, I am unable to get the DC Operating Point. On setting up the dc analysis I check the DC operating point box. Then after analysis is complete I go to results-> print-> dc operating point and select my NMOS transistor. This opens a new window but with no information. It is blank. Please help me correct the mistake.

This has been languishing in the wrong forum - so I moved it.

You'll probably need to contact the foundry or supplier of the PDK. There's probably something incorrect in the CDF for the component or the model files which is preventing this from working. Can't give that much guidance without being able to see the problem.

Alternatively, contact Cadence customer support so that we can look at your data.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
