ADE could not see the voltage signals

Hey, everyone,

right now, I make s current mirror simulation with the mosfet. my problem is, I could only see the current transient signals, I could not observe the voltage signals ,for example the Vgs, etc. I do not know why, sb can help me?

Thanks very much!

    Tony,

Can you show the bottom part of the input.scs (all the options, analyses, and save statements etc - everything to the end of the file - no need for the circuit part)?

My guess is that you're not saving the voltages, but seeing the netlist would confirm that theory.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

You have save=none which means that it will not save any voltages. You want save=selected so that it saves the "selected" nets (i.e. Vgs, net16 and net14).

    Regards,

    Andrew.

That's fairly obvious - I just was telling you that you need to set save to "selected". If it's set to "none", the voltages you've requested won't get saved. This is on the Outputs->Save All form in ADE.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
