Relxpert circuit aging simulation

Hi,

I am using the Relxpert aging simulator and running the relxpert batch scripts that Cadence provided as example. But instead of a ring oscillator I am using a simple inverter.

Everything is fine so far. But I was trying to change the Vdd and Nominal Temperature to use then as a "dynamic" parameter.

It's possible to start the aging of a netlist with Nominal temperature = 50ºC (for exemple) for the first year, 75º for the second, 25º for the third and so on?

Is that approach described above even possible?

Regards,

It's possible to do this, although it requires something that hasn't been fully documented yet (and the use model may change because it's not that straightforward in ADE). So I suggest you contact customer support if you wish to discuss this further.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
