disable temperature dependence of an element/instance

Hi,

Is there any way to disable to temperature dependence of a block analogous to noise contribution ON/OFF ?

I have a spec for temperature drift at the output of my design which has multiple stages/subblocks. Hoping this would help me debugging which stage contributes to most of the spec.

  • Hi Vamshi,

    You can use the MTS options in ADE XL to explicitly set the temp on particular cells or instances - so that might be a way of doing what you want. It doesn't disable the temperature dependence, but if it overrides the temperature that would have the same effect, I think.
