Hello,

I 've developped a verligA compact model with some specifica operating points (parameters calculted within the verilogA code). I can display them on the symbol thanks to dedicated setting in the CDF.

Now i would to work only in batch and I am looking for a solution to get those value diorectly for the netlist. I try to used spectre statment "save instace;oppoints" but it is not working.

Do I need to declare the oppoint paraleters like this in the va code

(* units=X, desc="this is my OP point description" *) real oppointName;

Is someone can help me.

regards,

Fabrice

    Fabrice,

    The syntax is:

    save instanceName:oppoint

    i.e. a colon, not a semi-colon.

    With this, you should get any variables in your Verilog-A view. It shouldn't be necessary to add any attributes to get them saved.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
