pins connectivity not showing for blocks

Hi, 

I am using virtuoso XL for connecting the pins. I am having many sub-blocks. I generated pins from source and still it is not connectivity to sub-block level pins.

Please help here. Need urgent help.

    If you need urgent help, please contact customer support. This is a forum dependent upon voluntary responses by subscribers (including a few folks from Cadence who respond here in their spare time). For anything urgent though, customer support has responsiveness metrics which are being measured, plus you have a larger number of application engineers who will be available to cover issues in your region.

    Your question is rather vague - no information about versions, no information about what is really wrong - so I think customer support is the best option anyway here - the chances are that it will be more efficient to look at your data.
