Andrew,

A while ago you posted that PNoise can output integrated noise.How are circuit poles taken into consideration ?

    I don't understand the question - pnoise analysis includes the total noise at the output from each of the noise sources in the circuit multiplied by the gain from that noise source to the output - so the circuit poles are inherently taken into account. I don't really understand why you're asking this - any noise analysis would be useless if it didn't take into account the transfer function of the circuit...
