how to attach a new device file in cadence virtuoso version 6.1.2

i want to add a new device model in cadence version how i can able to attach it. i having the device  verilog programming . plz suggest me how i do this.

    Hi Ravi

    I have the following comments:

    a. Actually IC612 is already very outdated. It would be great if you can upgrade to the latest sub-version of IC616.

    b. If  you are trying to add a new spectre device model, please add it using "Setup->Model files" in ADE-L.

    c. If you are trying to create a new verilog cell, please go to "File->New->Cellview" in library manager and select "Verilog" as the cell type. You can then paste the verilog codes in it.
