hi all

I want to simulate a simple circuit based on organic transistors with cadence software, how I can do this?

Modeling your organic transistor with Verilog-A first, then you can simulate the circuit.

There are also a couple of models available in spectre (psitft and atft) which are using the RPI models. They might be useful as a starting point. I did find a dissertation which looked into the applicability of using these models for organic transistors, but I didn't read it to look at the conclusions.

Otherwise, Verilog-A is probably a reasonable approach. Others may have already done this work - check to see if there are models available already for the process you're working with.

    Regards,

    Andrew.

I am newbie, Is modeling of a transistor with verilog-A, complicated? Is there any file that show how is it possible to model a transistor in verilogA and then use in cadence software?

maybe helpful for you,  Verilog-A implementation of the compact model for organic thin-film transistors
