ic5141 value stack (second) over flow problem

hi guys, i have install ic5141 on ubuntu 14.04 and it worked well when i just installed it. but for some reason,i use ic616 more frequently. after some weeks, i restart ic5141,and i can not get into CIW. just like picture.figure 1 flashs and last for 2 second,then stay on figure 2 for 1 second and nothing appears. could anyone know why it is? thanks in advance!

    My guess is that you have something bad in your .cdsinit. What happens if you use "icfb -nocdsinit" ?
