creating vias manually for making nsub and psub in 90nm technology

The 90nm technology in my cadence virtuoso doesn't have nsub and psub- metal vias. So, is there any method to create it manually using different layers present in the left side of layout window. Please help as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

    There may be pcells for these elements in your PDK library but if not, you can create some graphical pcells which can be stretched to the required size. The cellViews can be created in your design library if necessary. The document to consult is: Virtuoso Parameterized Cell Reference manual. Search for graphical parameterized cell in cndshelp.
