Poly to poly capacitor in 0.18 process ?

inessadm

Hi,
I've designed an IC in a 0.35 CMOS process and I would like to downscale it toward the 0.18 CMOS process.
I've integrated many poly to poly capacitors (Cpoly) and I wonder if equivalent capacitors exist with the 0.18 CMOS process ?
It seems that only MIMCAP or VNCAP capacitor is available.

Thanks.

Best regards,

François

    François,

"The" 0.18 CMOS process? There are quite a lot of 0.18um CMOS processes out there - this is a rather technology-specific question, but you've posed it as if it is universal or that we can read your mind and know which 0.18um process you're talking about.

I would suggest that you contact whichever foundry you're using as they will be best placed to answer this question.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
