Spice Text for subcircuit in virtuoso

Hello all,

I need to simulate and study the behavior of a variable capacitor in virtuoso cadence; below is the variable capacitor model

powerelectronics.com/.../504PET07.pdf

I created a cellview (var_cap1) with spice text type, then I pasted the spice code below:

.SUBCKT var_cap1 1 2 CTRL

R1 1 3 1u

VC 3 4

BC 4 2 V=(1/v(ctrl))*v(int)

BINT 0 INT I=I(VC)

CINT INT 0 1

.ENDS

After that I created another cellview with the same name (var_cap1)  but I choose a schematic symbol type, then I designed a symbol for this capacitor. When I use this capacitor in a test circuit and launch ADE L. I'm getting this error

ERROR (OSSHNL-116): Unable to descend into any of the views defined in the view list, 'spectre cmos_sch cmos.sch schematic veriloga', for the
instance 'I1' in cell 'test_var_cap'. Either add one of these views to the library 'lilas_cct',
cell 'var_cap1' or modify the view list to contain an existing view.

Can someone help me please? This is the first time I use a spice text

I suggest you take a look at the Rapid Adoption Kit "PSPICE netlist support in ADE", available at http://support.cadence.com/wps/mypoc/cos?uri=deeplinkmin:DocumentViewer;src=wp;q=ProductInformation/Custom_IC_Design/ApplicationPackages/CIC_RAK_Home.htm, and at the application note http://support.cadence.com/wps/mypoc/cos?uri=deeplinkmin:DocumentViewer;src=wp;q=ApplicationNotes/Custom_IC_Design/PSPICE_app_note_V11.pdf. An older version of the Rapid Adoption Kit is also available in the MMSIM installation under <MMSIM>/tools.lnx86/spectre/examples/SpectrePSPICE_Workshop.
