Simple Controlling of 20V path from 5V in cadence spectre

Hi ,
I would like to simply pass/stop 20V signal from 5V as a control voltage using MOSFETS or other simple devices in cadence like analog mux (fairchild switch CD4066BC) may be.  20V wire than is connected to nmos power mosfet of a buck converter. I tried with transmission gates but due to low voltage at gate then source  makes the problem as -ve Vgs.
5V control is selectable: it should enable one path at time if we select 5V and other when 0V is applied or any other scheme can be applied?
thanks
