Source file for ELDO simulation

Hello,

I'm trying to perform a simulation for ageing effect under Cadence using Eldo simulator and ST cmos 65nm (pmos4, nmos4), but I haven't found the right source file. Could you tell me which source file should I use? Thank you in advance for your response.
