Assura QRC extraction error

geo24

Hi, I have a question about Assura QRC extraction.

My cadence version is ic6.1.7 and Assura version is 4.1

I got following error. It was just a inverter. DRC and LVS is clean.

Thanks,

Yuan

    Yuan,

It will be the QRC version that matters, not the ASSURA or IC version. It's either that there's something wrong with the qrcTechFile in that technology (in which case you need to contact IBM) or that you're not using a compatible version. Which version are you using? ("qrc -version" should tell you in a terminal window)

    Regards,

    Andrew
