Including a Verilog-A Device model in Spectre libraries

Hello all,

I am trying to add a new Verilog-A code (look up table ) for N- and P- type of a new device not present in the libraries.

However, I am not able to do this and not sure what is missing.

Can someone please advice me how to proceed?

Thanks
