Snap Spacing problem on Schematic Editor L

I am having problem with snap spacing here. The wire is not on the grid lines or in the middle of the grid lines so the cursor won't point to the wire not. I can not point to the wire to make wiring.

I don't know what is wrong with it. I opened Display Options and the setting is OK as normally.

I see that I can solve it by reducing Snap Spacing but I am wondering why the wire is not placed on the middle of the grids or on the grids.
