Calculator expression using values from different variable sweeps

Hi,

I am doing transient simulation across temperatures in virtuoso 615, ADE XL. I use global variable temperature to do the sweep. For each run, I calculate some expression values called X.

Now I want to do a new calculation with Xs at different temperatures. I cannot find a way to do this. Does anyone have idea how to do this?

Thanks,

You can do it in the calculator after simulation using value(X tempVal) - you just can't put it in the ADE XL outputs (because these are evaluated per-point)

Thanks for the reply. I am actually trying to use this final calculation result as my global optimization spec. If this cannot be added to ADE XL outputs, is it still possible for me to do global optimization? Thanks.

Not sure off the top of my head. Please contact customer support as I don't have the bandwidth currently to really investigate to see if there's a way around it (plus the fact it would probably be helpful to have more details on precisely what you're doing, so that's going to be easier through customer support).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
