When I am executing step1 in ELC tool then error comes like,"

[ERROR(db_prepare)] spice syntax error: N_12_LLRVT : redefinition of the subckt [ file = /home/xxxx.scs, #line = 1614 ]
=> subckt n_12_llrvt d g s b inl=ne

on_error: Termination and Exit due to last command error.
"
I have checked it that subckt N_12_LLRVT is not defined second time in model file.
I nee help in this issue.
Thanks in advance.

    It's hard to respond to this because I am not familiar with ELC and you've given very little information about what you've done - so customer support would be a more sensible approach.

    However, from looking at various other similar reports, it seems that the solution that seems to work is to not directly reference the spectre model file, but instead to create a file in SPICE syntax, e.g. models.sp and then put lines in such as:

    .lib 'xxxx.scs' mos_typ
    .lib 'xxxx.scs' bip_typ

    The section names are what you're referencing here - if there are sections in your file.

    But this is a wild guess based on no information about your setup or what the model file looks like. A hint that might give you a chance of solving it, but I have no idea how successful it would be!

    Andrew.
