How to configure fill.rsf file for gpdk045?

There is a following section in the /assura/fill.rsf script file of gpdk045 for metal fill.
outFile( "DFII" "LibraryName" "./" backward

What parameters should be specified? Does it need a GDSII input file with MetalX-fill? What is LibraryName and ./ and what backward means?
If I move the assuraFillMetal.rul file and fill.rsf file to a new directory located in the work directory... will the fill script work? If input GDSII file is required where it should be located?
