How to find charge sharing and leakage current in an Modified Charge Pump Pll

I am doing a charge pump Phased lock loop in cadence, it was designed by Jae-Shin Lee and I implemented it. But I can't get the step up output and also can you please tell how to find leakage current in that circuit, So that I can rectify it by Partik Larsson method.
