BSIM6 level in spectre

Can anybody tell what is the LEVEL number for BSIM6 in Spectre ?

I want to use spice syntax and so need LEVEL value.

Hspice has LEVEL=77 for BSIM6.

    This is simple enough to test. I just created:

    **

    .model nch nmos level=77

    M1 d g 0 0 nch w=1u l=1u

    .op

    and then ran "spectre testlev77.sp". I got (in part of spectre's output):

    Circuit inventory:
    nodes 2
    bsim6 1

    So that answers  your question.

    Okay thanks Andrew. I searched in Spectre reference and user guides but did not find any info on LEVEL value. Your test output explains this and answers my question.
