ADE XL : How to sort results when running corner simulation ?

scaduc
scaduc over 9 years ago

Hi,

I'm using ADE XL to test my circuit over different corners (ff/sf/fs/ss/res_ff/res_ss/mim_ff/mim_ss etc.), temperatures(-40C/25C/85C)) and voltage supply(2.5V/4.8V).
I wanted to know if there was a way to sort the results for each temperature and voltage supply without having to re-run the simulation for each new case.
For example I want to know the results of the simulation for the case -40C and 2.5V, report the min/max, then export that in a CSV file. Right now, the min/max is displayed for all corners.

Cadence version: IC6.1.6-64b.500.6

Any help is appreciated !

Thanks
Sebastien
