Hello Andrew

I am using Cadence Virtuoso IC 6.1.6, I am trying to do parasitic extraction for an inverter, which i designed using gpdk 45nm. However i am don't see QRC or RCX option in Assura menu. Below is the screenshot you can find. I would like to know how to solve this issue.
Thanks and Regards

    Dinesh,

That's simple. You don't have the $QRC_HOME environment variable set. This needs to point to an extraction hierarchy - e.g. EXT152 or EXT151. You also need to have $QRC_HOME/bin in your UNIX path (e.g. $path in csh, or $PATH in general).

    Regards,

    Andrew.

It looks as if you don't have libtermcap.so.2 (the 64-bit version) installed on your machine. On my RHEL6 machine this is at /lib64 and comes from this RPM:

    compat-libtermcap-2.0.8-49.el6.x86_64

On a RHEL5 machine, it came from this RPM:

    libtermcap-2.0.8-46.1

    Regards,

    Andrew.
