Extracting Interconnect Parameters

Hello friends from Cadence,

I have a layout and I would like to know how could I export interconnect parameters, like lengths, widths, current density.

Regards,

Rafael

    Rafael,

Putting aside the fact that this question is a bit vague, isn't this just a case of using Quantus QRC (for extraction) and Voltus-Fi (for electromigration) in a signoff flow, or Virtuoso EAD for an in-design flow?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Andrew,

    Thanks for your attention.
We are using Virtuoso IC6.1.5.500.16.2 and Assura 4.1_USR3.
Here, we have a tool named Power IR/EM. This is the same Voltus tool?
If no, how we could locate the Voltus (or Voltus-FI)?

    Thanks again.

    Regards,

    Rafael
