Error during the RC extraction using 45 nm technology

Dear Sir,

During the RC extraction we got the following error. Plz help us to relocate it.

    Several things:

    1. Pay attention to the message above. You're using a very old version of Assura, designed for use with IC614 rather than IC616. That's not a good idea
    2. You're using the end-of-lifed Assura RCX rather than QRC (the EXT stream). Don't do that.
    3. You're using an old version of gpdk045 too.

    I don't know whether this will fix your issue, but I think it's rather likely given that I can quite happily run using recent versions of all of the above.
