Run multiple ADE of the same schematic at the same time.

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any problem when I run multiple AED of the same circuit at the same time.

I know it is an odd thing to do but is it possible?

What would happen then?

I am using IC6.17 now.

Thank you very much for your help.

You can run ADE L more than once on the same design if you have a different projectDir (simulation directory) set. However, I'd say you'd be far better off using ADE XL because this will manage the multiple simulation directories automatically for you without you needing to worry about it. You can have multiple tests with the same test bench, and do a common sweep over corners, or swept variables or parameters.

If you run two ADE L for the same test bench with the same simulation directory, they will scribble over each other.
