basic Common source amplifier

hi 

i am new in this field. please pardon for any non sense ques. 

i have made common source amplifier. i tried i lot but its  amplifying very little. can any one guide me of mistake. snapshot is attached.

i tried to change RL , W/L but gain is not significant. What should be the approximate gain of this amp?
