av_extracted out-of-date checker mechanism

Emulator
Emulator over 9 years ago

Hello,

I am looking for a procedure which checks if a certain av_extracted view (i.e. of a top-cell) is up-to-date or if it requires an update if any schematic or physical design below its hierarchy has changed (i.e. due layout data update of certain subblocks).

Is there any built-in function in the framework ?

Currently, I am using CIC 6.1.6.

Thanks a lot for any suggest.

There's nothing built-in. You could of course write something in SKILL (I don't have something to do this in my bag of tricks though, sorry).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
