Is there a way to plot BSIM model parameters in Cadence?

I am wondering if there is a way to plot BSIM model parameters in Cadence or not.

Some parameter like Early voltage VACLM which is not included in DC operating point.

(I just noticed that Vearly is available in DC OP point but I would like to plot other parameters that are not there)

I know that we can exactract it but it will be great if we can plot it directly.

Thank you.

You can only plot the output parameters and operating point parameters (see "spectre -h bsim4" or similar for other models). There is vearly which I believe corresponds to VA (equation 4-44 in the MMSIM15.1 BSIM4 model equations), but not VACLM. I have never in 30 years of being a designer and an application engineer heard of anyone needing or even asking for this parameter.
