Access a family of waveforms from a corner simulation using getData

Hi All,

I'm interested to plot some device parameters in a temperature sweep for certain process corners.

The way I proceed for a single nominal run is to include a file.scs that contains the save statements of the parameters of interest, e.g:

save M1:region

Then, I access this data by adding the expression getData("M1:region" ?results 'dc) in my outputs setup. This way I can see the operating region of M1 in the entire temperature range and when the device comes out of saturation. So far so good.

However, If I run a corners simulation, the aforementioned expression gives me eval err. Is there a way to access the family of waveforms with an expression in the output setup?

Regards,

Lucho

    Thanks a lot Andrew!

Yeah, I was inserting the file via model libraries and then it was not called on the specific corners. By adding the save statements via definition file I get to see all the waveforms as I intended. Nice trick that of the OP parameters, didn't notice it before.

    Regards,

    Lucho.
