When simulate (transient )my design stand alone, it works but when I try to co-simulate it with MATLAB I get the following errors,  please help

Error found by spectre during hierarchy flattening.
ERROR:  Co-simulation outputs setting error: Unknown error. Check output freqOut.

Time for EDB Visiting: CPU = 6.999 ms, elapsed = 6.19507 ms.
Time accumulated: CPU = 877.866 ms, elapsed = 2.97763 s.
Peak resident memory used = 89.7 Mbytes.

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.

Please Help.

Thank you very very much in advance.

Almost certainly the best thing to do here is to contact customer support. I doubt we'll get very far without being able to see more details as to what you're trying to do.

Which MMSIM version are you using (i.e. which subversion of spectre are you using - this should appear in the spectre.out output log near the top). From your task bar it appears to be Matlab R2014b, but knowing which spectre version is important too. This is to try to spot if it's a know issue based on the simulator version, but I'm still fairly sure you'll need to go to customer support.

    Kind Regards,

    Andrew.
