Multiple PSS Simulations with Oceans script and integration in ADE Explorer/Assembler

I want to do a Tuning Mode Simulation for a digital controlled Oscillator. The tuning mode analysis within the PSS Simulation Setup is not sufficient enough (Since we have multiple control vectors and want to use our own tuning algorithm, which is also used in the digital part of the chip).

For this I have an ocean script doing the following

1. Modifing the tuning vector

2. Doing a PSS simulation

3. Get the output frequency

4. If not complete go to step 1

The only problem is how to get this embedded in ADE Explorer/Assembler. Which means:

- How to start this ocean script from ADE

- How to get the corner setup from the maestro view

- How to get the results in the result view

Or is there an more simple Way of doing custom analysis in ADE?

Best regards

Tobias

    Hi Tobias,

I assume you mean ADE not ADS (which is a tool from another vendor...)

Given that this is a reasonably detailed question involving a bunch of different tool features, this is best handled via customer support rather than in this forum. That will get you the best response.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
