Apply only process variation (no mismatch) to a instance on Monte Carlo Analysis

Johanny Saenz

Hi all.

I want to run a Monte Carlo analysis in a top circuit running only process variations (no mismatch) in one of its instances. What is shown on the Monte Carlo GUI configuration setup is ignore or apply both of them.

Anyone know how can I do it?

Thanks in advance.
