Hi All,

I am unable to get LSW window using the command leRaiseLSW().

It says the following :
(LE-101033): The Palette assistants are enabled. They should be used as replacements for the
LSW.
t

In my previous organization I used to access it by going to view menu in Layout window, which is not there in the present organization.

I want to change the thickness & colour of the highlighter when we select any object or instance in layout. It  can be done in display resource editor in LSW.

It would also be very helpfull if someone can tell how we can do it without using the LSW.(If it is possible to do so)

Thanks & Regards,
Girish

    Hi Girish,

You can open the Display Resource Editor by using the BindKey Shift-LMB (clicking left while pressing the shift key). You can also get to it from the CIW menu, Tools->Display Resource Manager which opens the Display Resources Tool Box form (inconsistently named, I might add!) and then you would press the Edit button to open the Display Resource Editor (DRE).

Having said this, you can also set a highlight packet thickness and colour using SKILL - take a look at this post:

    Hopefully this will help you!

    Lawrence.

    Thanks Lawrernce,
your solution to the problem works completely fine.

I found one more way to pop DRE.
you have to just right click on the palette, you will get an option form where you can select DRE.

    Thanks,
    Girish
