HI All,

Recently physical verification system tool is installed and integrated to virtuoso but the menu options are not working. when i am trying to use any option i am getting the following error

   _pvsOpenIPVSrunform( 'erc ?timeout 30)'

  _pvsOpenIPVSrunform( 'drc ?timeout 30)'

PVS Version: PVS 15.22-s262-64b
Virtuoso: IC6.1.7-64b.500.7

these are the versions of tools i am using.  Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

Regards

Anand

    Anand,

That doesn't look like an error - just the SKILL functions used to invoke the form (which would appear if Options->Log Filter has the "\a Accelerated input (menu and bindkey commands, form and field value settings ..." checked)

So was there another error message? What symptoms are you seeing?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    HI Andrew,

The issue I am facing is, none of the options under the 'PVS' menu is opening when I click on them. ie I am not seeing any pop up window for any of the options in PVS menu.
Also I am seeing this warning messsage in CIW window: Warning PVS licenses existence check is not complete - all menu items are shown

(Also is there any way to invoke PVS standalone, ie not through virtuoso window. as a work around)

    Regards
    Anand

    Anand,

There's a bit of guidance in this article on Cadence Online Support. Perhaps you have $OA_HOME set? If so, please don't set this (make sure it is unset (if using ksh/sh) or unsetenv'd (if using csh) before starting virtuoso).

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hi Anand,

Try installing "libXp.x86_64" in your machine.

    Best regards,

    Marben
