Run stops at 0/1

Hello,

With a simple design having just one input and one output pin, the stimuli was specified as a 1n pulse, and output was picked on schematic as the output pin.

After clicking the green Run button (with white right-headed triangle), the status always stays at “running – 0/1” without progressing. If we instead choose Monte Carlo instead of “Single Run, Sweeps and Corners”, it always stays at 0/200.

The library was tsmc18rf.

Please advise us on what is wrong with our simulation.

It looks as if the "ICRP" isn't starting properly (given the little terminal icon in the Run Summary assistant is looking busy). You could try doing right mouse button over that to look at the log file (if any). Also, does it start if you run "Single Run Sweeps and Corners" but add a sweep on a variable, say? That's the same mechanism so I'd expect it to have the same symptoms. Note that single simulations are treated specially and run without needing to start a background process (by default) and so you might see those run with no problems.

To be honest, these things are best handled via customer support - debugging these problems just via random snippets of information is really hard. Can you log a case with customer support instead?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

    Hi,

I am trying to fix it. If it cannot be solved I will try the customer support.
