How to write Monte Carlo file for FinFET?

I want to perform monte Carlo analysis for a FinFET inverter by using PTM-MG model, if any body can help me.

The models (assuming you wanted to use them with spectre; you didn't say) would need some modification to provide some statistical parameters in the models. Currently these PTM models don't provide any parameterisation - they are just fixed parameter models. Since they're fictitious, adding parameters yourself is probably reasonable.

This document Recommended Spectre Monte Carlo modeling methodology gives some info on how you might go about setting up the parameters and the statistics information for the analysis.

By the way, writing the question in a large font doesn't make it more likely to get answered!

    Regards,

    Andrew.
