Multiple Via Cut Spacing for same ViaDefName

FormerMember
FormerMember over 7 years ago

We have a DRC rule that states that the Via Spacing must be larger if the Via Array Width or Height goes beyond a specific value.

Is there a way to define a via cut spacing value, within the techFile:viaDefs section, to be a larger value IF the number of cuts exceeds a specific number?

Similar to spacingTables:minOppExtension where the layer extension over a via can be a different value when the width of a metal path is larger?

Thanks,

Terry
